And you know what that means!!! It's bikini prep time!
I had held a vision for my look this summer and now is the time to allow that vision to become physical reality.
In the past I have been resistant to accurate logging in my food journal but at this point I see that there is no other way. What you resist persists, right? There is a reason why the most successful body transformations usually include the element of getting real with everything that you consume.
I commit to logging EVERY SINGLE BITE that I eat for the next 5 weeks. I will some way make sure that it is logged. Now more logging everything up until dinner and then snacking my self to sleep. Done.
