ONEderland in 2013?

I started this journey in 2011 at my highest weight of 254. Each year, I set a goal to get out of the 200s. This year was no different. It's not a pipe dream, yet the goal still eludes me. The lowest I've been in these past three years is 221. I know what it takes to get there. I also know that I could still do it this year with a modest 1.5 pound loss per week.
I also know the weight is not just going to fall off. Instead of thinking about what I should be doing, I need to do it! It's time to get out of my head and into some action!
I know what my plan should be, but even as I write this, I don't feel like I have the energy to commit to it. I'd like to workout for an hour three or four days a week. Now that I have to drive into work, maybe 30 minutes six days a week is more realistic. I prefer to work out in the morning, but with the extra commute time, I don't know if I want to get up even earlier. I currently get up at 5 am and go to bed around 9 pm. Maybe I could try getting up at 4:30. An 8:30 bedtime seems weird, but it would be worth it if I can reach some consistency with my fitness.
My food plan is pretty rock solid until I get home from work. I eat breakfast and pack a lunch. What I really need to do is plan my dinner meal and put the left overs away after I fix my plate.
I will not eat another dinner meal that doesn't have a healthy portion of veggies! I'm also going to pack an afternoon snack with my lunch so I'm not ravenous as soon as I walk in the door after work.
There you have it, a few simple adjustments to what I'm already doing should send me soaring past my goal line! There are 179 days left in 2013. Do you have a target weight you are trying to achieve by year-end? What's your plan to get there?
