Down to 220.6 today! Looking back at the last 2 weeks, I have lost exactly 4.2 lbs each week. This week I added beans with each dinner, kidney beans or butter beans on a rotating menu, every other day, and on days when I burned over 500 calories, I added a fiber bar.
My friends decided to get together for the 4th, and we played some basketball for about 45 minutes yesterday, and have plans to do so again today. They all have families, since we are all nearing 40, and it was nice to be part of their party, and families. It also felt kind of weird. I now think of them as " grown-ups " because they are having normal lives, and I do not feel like that. I still live like I did at 21, minus the partying. It kind of sucks.
I didn't eat any of their food, just played some basketball, and said hi to everyone. Today we will be at the gym, since it is open. They have plans to get a game together every week, as long as family business doesn't make it impossible.
I just ate a mushroom and sausage omelette, and will be cooking up some chili, then reading a book till I go to the gym . I am reading 11/22/63 by Stephen King. It doesn't seem like a horror story, which I don't like. It's got something to do with JFK's death obviously, and time travel, so I hope it is okay. I like the show Under the Dome, and am trying to get the book, but there is a wait for it.
Hopefully, I can lose another 4.2 lbs this week, but I will be happy with a lb, which would get me into the 210's again. I am currently eating 50-60 net carbs, which is more than I have eaten on low carb, and I feel great. I'll probably eat this way for a few weeks, then drop back down to 30-40 a day.
