Day 7 of Focus T25

Today was the Stretch workout that comes with the program. My body so needed this workout today. Now I feel more loose, stretched, and relaxed.

Normally, I get very impatient doing stretch/yoga related workouts because they are not my pace and I tend to get very bored. However, this workout is also only 25 mins (as is all the workouts in this program) so it was perfect for me.

Next week starts week 2 of this program so I'm hoping I can bring more intensity to each workout!

    It is, and thank you! :) my problem with workout programs is that by the time you get to the second month, the workouts get longer, which then loses my interest and motivation. But I feel as though I can stick to this program because all the workouts are 25 mins. But I'm pretty sure next months workouts in this progrm will be crazy! Lol
