Today was the Stretch workout that comes with the program. My body so needed this workout today. Now I feel more loose, stretched, and relaxed.
Normally, I get very impatient doing stretch/yoga related workouts because they are not my pace and I tend to get very bored. However, this workout is also only 25 mins (as is all the workouts in this program) so it was perfect for me.
Next week starts week 2 of this program so I'm hoping I can bring more intensity to each workout!
