July Goals

I like posting my goals so I can look back and have a record of this journey. I've never really been a goal-setter and I'm not sure it actually motivates me to push myself harder, but I do like keeping track to use it for evaluating my progress toward my healthy lifestyle. Even though this is a few days late, here are my goals for July:

1. Complete Book Club monthly challenge and get at least 500/775 points
2. 900 fitness minutes
3. Finish 2 books
4. At least 5,000 steps daily
5. Track daily
6. Quiet time daily

  It helps us be accountable and track. As for me, it helps me determine what my meals will consist of and what kinds of exercises to do on any given day. Try the fitness tracker as well. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Love that you have set some realistic goals and are tracking them. I also do that and will do it for July. Thanks for the inspiration. I am good at setting short term goals, but the long term ones are more difficult. Something I need to work on.
