So while perusing Pinterest last night I came across a weight loss before and after. After reading her story I thought hard about my own battle with weight loss. I have been recently trying to make small changes to my diet to help with weight loss but nothing that will really get the weight off and keep it off. I have 4 kids that have more energy in their pinky fingers than I do in my whole body and I would love to be able to play with them the way they want me to.

The other thing that happened that really made me want to get the weight off is an injury to my knee. A couple of years ago my knee went out of place because I stepped wrong. Yesterday while moving some things from our old house to our new one I did it again. I know that my joints will be better if they didn't have the extra 130 pounds on them.

All this said I am more determined than ever to lose it this time but still not really sure where to begin. So if anyone has advice I'm all ears. Thanks and God bless.

    Baby steps ...take one thing at a time one thing for 28 days conservatively and form a habit then add one more thing the same way and pretty soon you will have a lot of new habits and a new life emoticon emoticon

    How about setting some goals?? I know it's hard with 2 kids so I can only imagine how hard it is with 4 kids!!!

    So we (I say we because I include myself) to come up with something easy and doable that we will stick to. It easier said than done, I know that for a fact but what is ONE change that would be easy for you to make?? Switching sodas for water at least once a day?? Getting in 10mins of movement? Avoiding sweets at least every other day?? Not snacking in between meals?? Ok LOL that one was for me.

    Small changes add up!! Pick a place and I'll start right there with you. I could use a buddy to get me going on my journey. Interested?? ?
