I just went out for a run. I seriously havent done any exercise all week emoticon

It was a very short run, only 10 minutes (about half a mile) but at least its something. Im working on my running shape, its not in good shape!

Its funny because I can run 25 minutes on the treadmill but after 10 minutes outside, Im done! I feel like I have a harder time controlling my speed when I run outside, where the treadmill kind of does it for me!

Now Im off to work 4 night shifts. I am going to run during the day and do some sit ups and such on my shifts (I work in a small senior home, so Im there by myself during the night).

Next week Im going to Glasgow, Scotland! or Im technically going to a music festival about an hour away. Im super excited, but Im also determined to control my eating and do a lot of walking!

    Every bit of hard work counts. 10 minutes more beats 10 minutes less. You're doing an awesome job!
