I just went out for a run. I seriously havenīt done any exercise all week emoticon

It was a very short run, only 10 minutes (about half a mile) but at least itīs something. Iīm working on my running shape, itīs not in good shape!

Itīs funny because I can run 25 minutes on the treadmill but after 10 minutes outside, Iīm done! I feel like I have a harder time controlling my speed when I run outside, where the treadmill kind of does it for me!

Now Iīm off to work 4 night shifts. I am going to run during the day and do some sit ups and such on my shifts (I work in a small senior home, so Iīm there by myself during the night).

Next week Iīm going to Glasgow, Scotland! or Iīm technically going to a music festival about an hour away. Iīm super excited, but Iīm also determined to control my eating and do a lot of walking!

    Every bit of hard work counts. 10 minutes more beats 10 minutes less. You're doing an awesome job!
