I just went out for a run. I seriously haven´t done any exercise all week
It was a very short run, only 10 minutes (about half a mile) but at least it´s something. I´m working on my running shape, it´s not in good shape!
It´s funny because I can run 25 minutes on the treadmill but after 10 minutes outside, I´m done! I feel like I have a harder time controlling my speed when I run outside, where the treadmill kind of does it for me!
Now I´m off to work 4 night shifts. I am going to run during the day and do some sit ups and such on my shifts (I work in a small senior home, so I´m there by myself during the night).
Next week I´m going to Glasgow, Scotland! or I´m technically going to a music festival about an hour away. I´m super excited, but I´m also determined to control my eating and do a lot of walking!
