Yesterday was another good day! My exercise included 2 hours of vacumming!
My arm is feeling it this morning! ( usually it's my knees)
I have been eating to plan and in total since July 1st I have lost 2.4 pounds!
So why did I slip off the wagon so badly even thought I KNOW the benefits of eating the right foods for my body? The bottom line: SUGAR!
I still have to be careful of i! It is a slippery slope when I indulge....even just a little!
I am so happy that this Summer 30 Day Challenge has gotten me back on track!
