Yesterday was another good day! My exercise included 2 hours of vacumming!
My arm is feeling it this morning! ( usually it's my knees)

I have been eating to plan and in total since July 1st I have lost 2.4 pounds!

So why did I slip off the wagon so badly even thought I KNOW the benefits of eating the right foods for my body? The bottom line: SUGAR!

I still have to be careful of i! It is a slippery slope when I indulge....even just a little!

I am so happy that this Summer 30 Day Challenge has gotten me back on track!

    Only managed a 15 minute walk today. I went to an afternoon
    tea and there were so many Greek desserts yet I was so
    proud of myself - did not have a single one. I didn't even feel
    like one and that was an exercise in itself. Sugar, you can go
    take a hike...I do owe you a coffee as I had a 'Javita' coffee that
    someone was trying to sell as they were promising that it will
    help you lose weight without doing anything else except drinking
    2 of these a day ($35 for 24 is a bit too pricey for me). Told them I
    was just changing my lifestyle eating habits and left it at that. emoticon

    Day 5
    Still sugar free, but it wasn't difficult since I have been fighting nausea since yesterday. Spent several hours gardening and hit the treadmill later. Did not last long as I was feeling out of sorts. More gardening planned for today and hoping to do a little Rugged Maniac!

    No yellow cheese
    Reasonable on fruit, veg and Greek Yogurt
    Great day out with Brazilian student and her friends - healthy lunch - rare steak, egg and stir fry; then making like tourists for the afternoon

    1 hour walking including vacuuming and stairs. I guess I used my get out if jail. There was milk in the cake I had. Oops. Probably less than a tbsp in my piece but it was there none the less. Mindless moment. However in the grand scheme I'm happy that it really is just a blip. If all my errors were that small I don't think I'd have too much to worry about.

    Trying to sub almond milk and its pretty good substitute for most cases. Not a soy milk fan, or a peppermint tea fan either. Don't like marg but becel in place of butter is working. Missing my Greek yogurt the most.

    Happy to say that my soda habit is still not a problem. I have some cola on occasion but no binging. Uncolas haven't taken their place either. Still keeping refined white carbs to a minimum too. The habits I've been trying to change are changing for the better. So glad b

    We're home! Stocked up on veggies and protein on the way but couldn't find chia or flax seeds :(
    Sooo.... it will be back on plan minus breakfast. Yoghurt and fruit will have to do...

    swimming with the kids today and grilled chicken wrap for dinner.

    Pumpkin chia pudding for breakfast!~ I love that stuff!

    Good to have your control back.....it feels sooo good doesn't it. Love the log, but then I love nature period. Be good over the weekend, you dont want to ruin the 2.4 loss you've had.
