Sleep tracking

Spark Coach had an entry on the importance of 7-8 hrs of sleep each night for weight loss, so I've joined their challenge. My sleep has been a little off recently. I love waking up to the sun and try to get to bed before midnight, but...

Last night I went up at 10, probably slept by 11, woke up at 5:30. Probably 6.5 hours. I think I could have made a better effort to sleep a little earlier. Let's see how today is!

I do love the thought that being well rested could help me lose weight! I have a feeling winter hours (when it doesn't really get light till 8) will make this easy. I also like a cooler house for sleeping, and I'm staying with my mother for the summer--she's 96 and doesn't like it as cool as I do, so that may be a factor.

Perhaps a little nap later....

    I agree, when I'm tired I eat more.

    I know it is true. I eat more whe i havent had enough sleep. U find if i get a good night sleep i am less likely to over eat. Good luck
