Winding Down...

Always hard to come to the end of something fun. I have really enjoyed the Determined Daisies 5% challenge this time. I made progress with my weight loss although I don't think I will make the whole 5% loss when I weigh tomorrow. I may be close! I learned to reinforce some new habits along with keeping up the old. I got to know more great people as we encouraged each other. I am going to try to maintain the momentum until the next challenge! Good luck, Daisies.

    You did awesome this challenge. I understand about wanting to hit the weight goal but I sometimes think the exercise minutes are so much more important than the weight, especially when you've developed a consistent habit of 120 minutes daily. I think we should make t-shirts that say "If you exercise, the weight will go", ala Field of Dreams. You've really rocked this challenge and its so much fun to be on the team with you!!

    I am only 1/2# from my 5%, 1# from my ultimate goal, but not sure my body will cooperate with either. We know what we have to do, though! emoticon
