On the right track...

I am nearing the end of week 2 of my lifestyle change. I have been doing Insanity Pure Cardio 3 x per week and Pilates 2 x per week. Strengthening my post baby core. I have also started following Dr. Joel Fuhrman's Eat to Live program. I am already down 12 lbs and nearly 10 inches. I am definitely on the right track to lose the 50+ lbs I need to lose. I already feel amazing since I have been eating all natural non-processed foods. I had three days of withdrawal symptoms, but after that, I feel absolutely great!
