Still not enough protein, but I am eating really good food
Breakfast was something I never eaten before, Polenta and mixed with nuts and fruit.
Quinoa , cabbage and edamame with carrots and mixed greens for lunch.
Apple and mutt butter for snack.
Dinner was a big salad with chickpeas onions kale and carrots.
And best part as I stepped on the scale at gym I was down to123.8
I think I will start having a whey protein shake at least once a day for the rest of the week, to up my protein intake.
We have guests coming DH's brother and girlfriend so I am cooking tonight
they get seafood pasta I get veggies and beans and a small piece of scallop
to start introduce meats again a little at a time.
Must say this has been easy so far , except I start missing my one cup of java.
oh well, green tea is good to.
