Day 2 of Detox

Still not enough protein, but I am eating really good food emoticon
Breakfast was something I never eaten before, Polenta and mixed with nuts and fruit.
Quinoa , cabbage and edamame with carrots and mixed greens for lunch.
Apple and mutt butter for snack.
Dinner was a big salad with chickpeas onions kale and carrots.
And best part as I stepped on the scale at gym I was down to123.8

I think I will start having a whey protein shake at least once a day for the rest of the week, to up my protein intake.
We have guests coming DH's brother and girlfriend so I am cooking tonight
they get seafood pasta I get veggies and beans and a small piece of scallop
to start introduce meats again a little at a time.
Must say this has been easy so far , except I start missing my one cup of java.
oh well, green tea is good to. emoticon

    What IS mutt butter??? Have had polenta and quinoa in restaurants but haven't cooked it at home yet.

    Love quinoa, havenīt really got the hang of polenta...and wonder what mutt butter is...to a foreigner it could as well be butt mutter....
