If you read my last blog, you will know that I pigged at a buffet in the name of lunch yesterday. I came back, went to the gym to weigh myself (it was weigh-in day yesterday and I was supposed to weigh myself before lunch, which I could not). I was 83.1 kgs last week and the scale showed 83.8 kgs yesterday. OMG!!!!!
So, I wondered if this was the weight of the food that I actually consumed. So, I went down to the weighing machine this morning (at my regular weigh-in time) and I was 82.6 kgs. YAY!!!!
Just brings home the point:
a. Weigh yourself at the same time
b. Remember that the food you consume has weight too (2 glasses of water = 1/2 a kg!)
All in all, a happy end to this story
