A week on a plan...

I have managed to stay on a plan for a week emoticon Not perfect but good enough and I am happy and grateful for it.

The food yesterday was:




Salmon, rice, spinach, carrots, aioli (my version: garlic, sour milk mayonnaise, salt, pepper)
