I woke up this morning feeling healthy and strong. Chopped up some veggies and made a salad for lunch. Boiled some chicken to make a great BBQ chicken sandwich I found on Spark recipes. Then the family woke up and suddenly my plan for the day completely changed. Hit Villiage Inn for breakfast, a pool party for lunch, and heavy Italian food for dinner. Didn't even make the gym today as planned.
Not my most successful day for eating clean and being fit.
On the flip side, I drank Miller 64 beer with limited calories and avoided fattening food at the party. Giving myself props for that. My restraint is getting stronger.
To quote Scarlett, "tomorrow is another day". Fiddle dee dee.
