So far so good. I did go over my calorie goals for today, but I feel great about recording everything I ate. This has been a real challenge for me and is the one thing that I have been stubborn about trying. I am going to give it all I have got!! Also no sweets today so far...I had grapes and they were really good as a substitute. emoticon
