Made a great spark recipe of Parmesan tilapia recipes.sparkpeople.com/
with sautéed garlic/spinach in 1/2 tsp olive oil & tri colored quinoa (1/4 c) with dried cranberries (10g) & slivered almonds (1/8 c). Absolutely delicious! Altho' my meals are usually 300-400 calories, I only had one snack today.
