Today was a really crazy day..had 5 kids allll day!
sooo very glad today is over...or should I say the kids have all gone home
This morning first thing before alll the kids got here I did manage to do a 30 minute workout...
Lean legs and it was great!! LOVE that set!! I was hurting in 30 minutes!!
I also managed to eat great today!! Its high carb day! NO CHEAT MEAL!!
So my question is...what workout did you do? (if you don't mind me asking)
