Today I went to Kuma Seafood Buffet with my family. I definitely ate too much, but I could have done worse. I started with salad and lean meats. I think I have this problem where I force myself to eat everything on my plate (at buffets anyway) because I feel bad to waste food, but I really shouldn't eat what I don't want, because that's just wasting calories, and making myself uncomfortable. I'm glad that I only had a bite of my sister's green tea ice cream (rather than getting a cone myself), because it wasn't all that great. Anyhoo, there is no way I could calculate how many calories I ate at the buffet.
I started exercising at home a few days ago, and it's great! Today, I walked/jogged around the house for an hour, and it was really nice to just pray and reflect on my day, and life.
