Help-How do I figure points for exercise reporting.

I have started back to exercising at the fitness center but I don't know how to record what I do for fitness points. Example yesterday 30 minutes on Nu-Step which is Cardio machine , It does record time and steps and some other things. Then I spent 40 minutes on various strength training machines which I do as circuit training. That part I don't know the correct way to record.

    You can add your own exercise and calories......under or near the "search" button there is an "add your own" button......just click on it and enter your information.....

    I use it daily for my treadmill routines......

    Most machines do specific exercise. You can track those by
    name then list the weight and reps and sets. Good luck.

    - Hover "My Trackers" menu at the top of the page (menu should appear)
    - Click on the "My Fitness" Menu item
    - type in the exercise you did (if it's not there, try to find a related exercise or add it).

    You'll be prompted for time and/or sets and reps for each exercise
