So , finally two weeks later, I have my list up. It is really long, and a bit embarrassing, I can't believe I haven't " got round to doing " some of this stuff. Anyway, today I sat down and finished most of one pending job, filling up some forms due for my sons training camp next month, one part of the form needs to be filled in by his doctor, so will run around and get that done tomorrow and posted and CROSSED OFF the list .
I am not too bad with keeping on top of the housework. The house is clean and organized, laundry is up to date, but I hate cooking. Mainly because everyone in the family wants something different to eat and they want a really nice dinner every evening. I used to spend half an hour to a whole hour everyday fixing dinner till about five years ago.... But I really do not have the energy anymore. I am so tired when I get home, all I want to do is stay sat down on the couch. i don't have the energy to cook everyday anymore. I cook batches in the weekend and freeze for the week, but everyone is getting bored of what I make. I must admit it is getting repetitive. I need to find some healthy easy new recipes.
So definitely on the list is finding some nice easy dinner recipes that everyone will eat and packed lunches for my son at least a couple of times a week.
.....but that is like number 10 "to do item" on the list!
Anyway seeing everything written down is the first step....
