Doesn't sound a lot but when you add it to my gym work and aquafit (and somewhere fitting in work 5 days a week) for me it's pretty good.

Vest thing this week? measuring myself & finding id lost nearly an inch round my waist since i last measured.... emoticon

Worst thing was that despite all my efforts I didn't actually lose any weight.....
