I worked off 5 inches from waist and didnt even realize it until looking at my last entered stats entered in March.. I was feeling pretty disgusted because of working so hard and not loosing any weight in 3 months. More then pounds count!!!! 5 inches is huge! Started out only able to do 15 crunches, worked up to 60 and added 38 leg lifts. Started at 50 lbs and a knee brace for on upper thigh leg lifts, now no knee brace and hit 200 lb lifts. NO knee pain and no swelling. Amazing!!
My gym closed this week and now that I see the numbers in black I'm stressing, how can I meet the intense weight lifting I was able to do?
When there's a will there's a way. I can not give up on myself. I'm running out of years to get sexy by 60!
I love pumping weights! I can see the muscles as they work, the sweat pours out of me and I can feel the burn days after a hard core work out.
