Just beginning...

It's been about a week since I started on this journey to better health. I find that logging everything I eat really makes me aware to just what I am stuffing in my body. emoticon

I am still not able to exercise much, too many years of doing nothing, so I am taking it slow, I see a physical therapist twice a week and I have been able to move more without a lot of pain.

Today I am riding on a float in the July 4th parade here in Seward, with the Senior Center. I'm looking forward to that. We hope to win the prize for the decorations. I'll take some pics and add them later. emoticon Wishing everyone here a safe and happy 4th!
