Keeping rested and balanced

Thursday, July 04, 2013

I am working at going to bed at a reasonable time and getting sleep. However, the cycler does have alarms that go off when Bob has a difficulty. I suppose that it is similar to having an infant cry during the night.

I have firm exercise times each day. I am cooking all meals at home using organic foods whenever possible. We drink very little soda pop.

I meditate each day and vary the experience. My favorite is to put in a DVD of the beach. I feel rested after watching it and really relaxing.

Hope you're able to get more sleep or regular sleep at night. I don't do well with that at all. I have some videos that would work with meditation but hadn't thought of putting them in. I'll have to try that.

Sorry you have trouble sleeping. I have learned to sleep almost anywhere and at any time. Now that I have told you that I will probably not sleep tonight. I carpooled with a group of people and learned to shut down and sleep through the conversations. You may get to that point but I hope it doesn't keep you from getting up with Bob.

Good luck and hope you get some needed rest! Have an awesome 4th of July! emoticon emoticon emoticon
