I'm in the right direction again

Hopefully I'm in the right direction again. For almost a month now I have been playing with the numbers on the scale. Over 1 or 2 pounds then down. I noticed that when I gained and posted the numbers on my weight tracker it didn't show up on my ticker which is fine with me. I wouldn't have liked watching me moving backwards.
Happy 4th of July. Hotter than a firecracker on the west.

    HI LINDA--I AGREE WITH REE AND ELAINE. DON'T RELY ON THE DAILY SCALE READINGS .THE ONLY REASON DH AND I WEIGH OURSELVES DAILY IS THAT IT KEEPS US
    MINDFUL OF OUR OVERALL GOAL. UP AND DOWN IT GOES BUT HELPS US REMEMBER TO KEEP ON TRACT!.

    I too find it best not to rely on daily scale numbers , I was letting them make or break my day. 5 lbs in 3 months sounds good to me. Good luck Ree

    Don't sweat a pound or two....I gave up on doing that!! Stopped looking at my scale altogether. Every three months I visit my primary doctor and get on his scale...that way we both see it at the same time. He surprised me and showed me a graph that he's been making each time I come in...it's slow, but it's still down each time. I'll be happy to take 5 pound in three months!!

    So, enjoy life, enjoy Spark and enjoy the entire package.
