Feeling pretty lazy

Last night I didn't work out. I was scheduled to, but I needed a massage and I could only get a massage last night if I wanted one this week. And I really really did. So instead, I moved my run to Tuesday night, running 2 days in a row. It didn't kill me, but it isn't something I want to do all the time at this point.

Tonight I have a chiropractor appointment.

And it sucks that I can only enter nutritional information on SP right now - I'll have no fitness to track whatsoever. Same with yesterday. It's not that I'm obsessive or anything, but it kind of makes me feel lazy. Maybe I'll still go to the gym and just go on the elliptical or a bike.

    When I'm away from the internet, I write my food log in a little notebook I carry in my purse. Even if I don't log it online, writing it down slows me down.

    From what I've gathered from your page, you're so motivated and goal-focused. It's okay to give yourself a day or two to relax a bit, as long as you're mindful about it. I have no doubt you'll get back on track later today or tomorrow!
