Day 18 of the 30 Day at home crossfit challenge

Well I had to mix the days up a bit since there are a few upcoming events so here's what I did the last few days

Day 16 (originally D17)

Run .24 miles
15 squats
10 pushups
20 kb swings

4 rounds


D 17 (originally D18)

2.5 minutes on elliptical (this was not in the plan I just added it)
15 burpees
25 situps (on the ball)
15 pushups
20 dips

4 rounds


Today I will do what was originally done on D16 which was the Invisible Fran and also do what's scheduled for Day 20

5 burpees
10 pushups
15 situps
20 squats

12 rounds


I'm going to start a day and a half Isagenix cleanse this afternoon so tomorrow I want to take it easy since I'll be cleansing for a full day tomorrow so we'll see if I use that as a rest day or do another scheduled day that's not a lot of running or anything like that.
