Day 6 of T25

Happy 4th everyone! My family and I got to see fireworks last night at our Army base and my kids had soo much fun! It's amazing how loud noises and bright lights capture their attention for such a long period of time~ ;)

Today is day 6 of T25 which means its been about 1 week since the beginning of the program and it's time for me to take my stats. So here they are:

Day 1 weight: 120 lbs Day 6 weight: 118lbs
Chest: 32.5, 32
Waist: 30, 30
Arm: 10.5, 10
Thigh: 21.5, 20

So overall I lost 2lbs and 2.5 inches. I would say that's not bad for 5 days of workout and good eating.

For T25, the schedule has it so that you have 2 rest days. Saturday being a day you take your stats and Sunday being a day where you stretch. However, for alpha phase I'm making my Saturdays (Wednesday for me) Core Speed workout day (this is a bonus workout you get if you order through a coach).

This was another one heck of a workout! In this one, Shaun T has you do rounds of a set of exercises. However, it goes by soo quickly and you get such an awesome workout! By the end of the 25 minutes I was drenched in sweat!
