A lot going on, I guess. I have was really busy before vacation- working A LOT, working out A LOT, making A LOT of really great healthy descisions, trying to get myself mentally back on track.
So. i've been busy.
Vacation was awesome. We were away for two weeks. Went back to my little island and just relaxed(and by relaxed, I mean, hiked A LOT, swam A LOT, snorkeled A LOT, kayaked- a little bit, but had the best time. Met some great folks down there.. some some destruction of some great folks, sadly. Hoping to make this island my home some day.
We drank a lot and ate a lot. Didnt really gain any wait on vacation, thank god.
Finally started working back out today. I am in the midst of Body Revolution. I finished Month 2 right before vacation. I degressed A LOT. oh man, I re-started the last 2 weeks on Month 2 yesterday, just to try and get back where I was. I hope muscle memory is a thing. Crow pushups were almost impossible, but I did them to the best I could. All of the weights I was using, seemed extra heavy.
So... that is where I am at. I am going to loose this last few LBS that I have (and maybe more, if I want and decide my body wants too) and focus really hard. If I want to make an island my home, I better have a body that will support that.
