Hmmmmm- Stress won

I knew yesterday would be very stressful. Planned my breakfast lunch and dinner. Planned my snack. Had to let a co-worker go who is very well thought of and I enjoyed her as well. She came back to clean out her desk area when we closed as to not have to see anyone. Stayed with her through this but missed my exercise class. Got home and ate a well balanced dinner. Was full and not even hungry but then I also ate: 1 oz baked tostitos, 1 oz almonds.... still ok and in range. Still not satisfied so had 10 ritz crackers and a Little Debbie oatmeal cookie.
Ughhhhhh This put me 450 calories over for the day.
Have to remember though..... Yesterday is over. Today is a new day. The hardest part is over. Now need to move forward......
