This is hard!!!

Why is losing weight so hard? I am not losing any weight despite my exercising. However I know that my eating at night is a problem, and I think that is why I am gaining. I am now at 231 pounds. I have never been at that weight so I am not happy!! And yes I am getting comments about how I look!!! :-(

    emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon you are in my prayers daily on the team GOD ANSWERS PRAYER ! I have been on steroids because of trying to keep my eye sight and it is tough but i am just working daily to improve my food choices and using measuring cups to keep my portions down. I am really sorry that people are putting you down but that is ignorance on their part .Pray for me and i will pray for you my friend ! emoticon

    In all my years of doing this I've finally learned that it goes this way in order of importance: Nutrition, Weight Training, Cardio. Do a LOT of working on what and how much you eat, a good bit of weight training and a little cardio and you'll be amazed at your results. I've been in your shoes because I am a work horse in the gym, but I also love sweets and fried food. I sabotaged myself for a very long time. You can do this. I know you can!

Just take it one day, one meal at a time.
