So, I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian, meaning I don't eat meat but I do eat dairy products and eggs. Eggs are a huge source of my protein in a day, I eat at least 2 a day as a rule. Dairy, well I am trying to cut down on that some, I use coconut milk in my coffee (just a drop) or soy milk, going to try almond milk next. But I do love my cheese, I must admit..especially feta or goats cheese.
But that is a little off subject..I am thinking that in the effort to add more protein into my diet adn still be "clean" I am going to add tuna back in.
What led me to this blog is the desire to share this little "recipe" I found:
This ties in with my need to cut out processed foods as much as possible too, so...there ya go..sounds good to me :)
