Day 9 stats
Exercise 10 minutes
I'm not including day 10 calories yet, because I'm still up from day 9...I literally napped from 7pm to 11pm and now am wide awake. Thank god this is the start of my 5 day vacation
I'm in a much better mood than yesterday, and even this morning. (vacation probably helps)
This morning though, I was not a happy camper. I woke up at 4:30am so I could go to the gym before work and swim. I only gave myself 20 minutes to swim because I haven't swam in a long time, and wasn't sure how long I could swim for. So I walk in the gym, in bathing suit and flip flops all ready to go...and the pool was full. I got there 5 minutes after the door opened and there were 6 people in the pool...there are NEVER 6 people in the pool. By the time I dug through my gym bag and found my extra gym clothes, changed, and made my way (begrudgingly) to the elliptical, I only had 10 minutes to work out. This makes for a cranky girl.
Then work was filled with up and down of stairs all day...it was bizarre. I normally stay on the main floor with the doctor, but it was emergency after emergency today...run to testing, get the other doctor, pull this report, acute MI, run and let everyone know...it's like, "Excuse me, I'm trying to be lazy here. See that chair? That's my lazy scribing chair! Let me sit in it," but not today. I realize in the long run, I'll appreciate the extra running around at work, but whew that exhausted me (hence the looong nap).
I may be kind of bad about logging on for the next few days for the holiday (visiting family and staying at a local hotel with a water park) but I will try and get right back on it as soon as I have wifi.
