I'm fighting my mind again today but I'm winning.
I did what I needed to do to be on track... the workout is easy.
The dang food be calling me and I'm getting where I don't want to track what I eat but I weigh and measure - just in case and I wind up tracking. I just have to remember that tracking is really important for me to know what and how much I am putting in my body.
I know I am probably not getting enough sleep... I have insomnia some days and can stay up...
