BLC Week 4 Goals and Week 3 Review!

WOW!!!

This week (wk 3) was an EPIC FAIL!

I personally failed all my goals this week and im kinda upset about it!

Lets Review:

Will bring salad greens and dressing with me to work everyday!
(I made an excuse to myself and said i wont bring it cause it takes too long to get to work and didnt want it going bad in the heat... However i could have stopped at a store closer to work and picked it up saving time) I will try that this week!

Will bring a silver hills bagel everyday to work with the salad for lunch
( I did this for 2 of the 5 work days) Other days they just sat on the shelf at work and weren't eaten

Will skip the Diet Coke 1000000% (stick to water and milk and coffee drinks only)
(Had a Diet Coke Canada Day Night at the Restaurant as i was craving one and gave in! I also had a Nestea Zero on Tuesday as i wanted something sweet and cold!)

Will only reward myself with 1 menchies treat nothing else!!!
(I had menchies twice... Once Saturday as my reward and again on Canada Day Monday) UGH!!! Then Tuesday and monday as well due to the heat had a Magnum Bar both days!!! BAD CHOICE JOIN!

Will shoot for 12 Man pushups by end of challenge week!
Didnt hit 12 but I was able to get to 10 which still is a new record and did that on friday!

THIS WEEKS GOALS: (LET'S TRY THIS AGAIN)

NOW... its time to try this again this week and move on from the failure and work twards success! when i see the scale tomorrow and find out how i did?
