Well, good news is, I didn't go over my calories, and I did some walking & some ST.
Bad news, I'm 400 under my low end. *grimace*. So I need some advice, fellow Sparkers. I've been not feeling so great lately, so I've been getting up late. Which means breakfast is at about 10 or 10:30. Which puts lunch at like 2. Dinner at about 9-10. Bed at midnight. NOT a good schedule, I know, but I haven't been able to change it! Hubby's been getting up with Nathan.
After this wacky schedule, I'm ending up under my low end of calories - today by about 450! I know this isn't good, but there's not really any more room in my tummy, and I know it's cause I made a mess of my eating schedule. Any advice (Besides just getting up earlier - I'm working on that) would be much appreciated!
