Another day, another workout down. Today was the Cardio Power & Resistance round. All the workouts are, well...insane - but this one gets me the most! Oh boy.
I was going to go to Zumba after, but I got wrapped up in watching Game of Thrones instead. I kind of regret it, now that I saw tomorrow's workout is Cardio Recovery - still important, but I'll burn a lot fewer calories.
Today was pretty good, all-in-all. Last night, I was feeling exceptionally awesome. I looked in the mirror and was pleased. It's a nice change. Tonight I'm not feeling so great, but...I'm doing my best.
We're driving up to Houston (yay!) to celebrate the holiday. Luckily for me, my older cousin will be there. She's a kinesiology major at UT Austin, and she's all about health, fitness, and the likes. I'm looking forward to talking to her, especially about my blog.

Maybe I can get in a good walk and/or bike ride tomorrow with the family! I've got an aunt who's training for a triathlon...I'm sure she won't mind. ;)
