This week's exercise accomplishments:
Thursday 50 min hill climb 27 times!!
Fri: 25 min walk/run
Sun: Hill climb 30 minutes- 2o times
Fri- walk 30 min

Goals for this week:
1. Do week 1 push up challenge

2. 250 cardio minutes
F: 30 min walk

3. 200 squats
4. 200 lunges

6. Get my Spark back!!

    You never did tell me how high that hill is - Is it a mountain or a molehill? LOL Once the vacation stuff is over, we will all have to buckle down again.
