Almost the 4th...

HELLO has been almost a week since I last blogged. I have been drinking lots of water & blogging almost every day & I have definitely improved in the daily exercise dept. I have biked 5, 6, 7, 9 & today 12.3 proud & pleased w/ my drive & focus on using the many Sparkpeople tools. So far today, I am under the number range for my calories, etc. Hope that you are all having a great week...Take care...

    The biking is AWESOME - now, being UNDER your calorie range is NOT such a good idea - you need to fuel your body in order to keep metabolism up so you will lose. Be careful of that - unless, of course you MEANT that you are in your range and not over in which case it is pretty awesome too.
