Since I injured my left calf a couple of months back I have not been able to work out to the intensity I would like, plus I was sick for four months and we moved. I gave my eating patterns a good long hard rethink these past couple of weeks. I struggle each and every day to eat enough especially protein.
I am happy to say for most days, I am eating enough and the weight is starting to come off. It helps at times to sit back and just rethink things. I am pleased to say, my leg is getting better and I have been given the go ahead to start doing P90X just a lower intensity again. I was feeling derailed but things are good again.
