Goal: 100 days on plan - Day 50

I just came home from a fun night out with my girlfriend. Made sure I knew how many calories White Zin had (although, I only had one glass of wine). Lots of catching up and laughter. I'm so glad I stuck to my plan for 50 days. I actually felt like I looked about the same as the last time she saw me. At least, my clothes are fitting better these days.

Calories: 1228
Exercise: 45 min on Treadmill, 10 min of Pilates
Water: 12
Motivation: My birthday - July 27
Joy: Had lots of fun tonight

Now the 4th of July weekend is here. My goal is to exercise and stay within my range. Wish me luck!
