hey y'all

no run today. still got in my 10000+ steps and 20+stairs

30 day arms
push-ups-22
dips-35
bicep curs-60
punches 45 seconds

30 day abs
sit ups-50
crunches-50
leg lifts-30
planks-1 minute

wife is doing ok 30 day challenge also. struggling but gutting it out where she can. proud of her for the effort.

had a few coments on my steps being down. usually up around 18000 but i've been down around 12000 this week. honda's on shutdown so i'm on break. even superman takes his cape off every now and then (though i'm more of a batman fan). i'll be back up where i'm supposed to be next week. maybe i'll suck it up and go on a run tomorrow.
