July 3- Managing Time

So today was a crazy day!

I managed to fit in my workout (even though my trainer didn't show- I still got in a good workout!)

I made it to my in-service day on time! Then proceeded to set-up, chat, and get some things accomplished in my 8 hour day!

Got to the store to finish getting goodies for tomorrow's party!

Started cleaning the house like crazy! Too much to accomplish- now I am very sleepy!

At least I accomplished the following things- even in my hectic day: I stayed within my calories, I got in my fitness, and walked over 10,000 steps! Woot Woot!
