Recipe Look Up #2 7/3

Had an urge for banana nut bread, had no eggs so this was the best one I could find..

Ingredients

3 mashed bananas
1/2 cup applesauce
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar

1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 to 1/2 cup milk-like product (optional)

1 Tbsp brown sugar


Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease your pan.
Mash bananas in a large bowl. Mix in the applesauce.
Stir in flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Mix in walnuts.
If the batter is too thick for you, add some soy/almond/rice/hemp milk.
Pour/scoop into pan. Top with brown sugar and cinnamon mix.
Bake for one hour for bread or 35 minutes for muffins.

Serving Size: 12 to 15 muffins or one loaf

    Forgot to put it's only 154.3 calories per serving.

    sounds like too many calories.. I had to give up fructose to lose weight...but the applesoauce and bananna and no sugar is brilliant idea
