Wonderful Wednesday Working at church again...

Wednesday, July 03, 2013

We brought desserts and cooked at church for break and lunch for the men from other churches that are framing in the new building. They all worked until about 4. Our guys were hanging insulation. DH continued on until services at 6.

All the food and desserts left over for this week compiled tonight's dinner and it was like the fishes and the loafs as all the church stayed for supper and filled their plates over and over again - except it was fried chicken, potato salad etc. I just can't wait for the new kitchen as the one we use right now is rather substandard, but the lady that has been preparing the main dish can cook anywhere and loves to cook for crowds.

Number 25 of the 71 "trust" Psalms...
Psalm 32:10 Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about.

God bless us with Your mercy surrounding us.

I love it when people get together like that. I hope you take pictures after everything is finished. I enjoy the book of Psalm!

We can never go wrong when we are working for the Lord. Make sure to pack up 12 baskets when you send them on their way.

Stay blessed.
