I recently added two new GOALS to my Team. The first is to DANCE and have fun for at least 10 minutes a day. The second is to LAUGH for at least 10 minutes a day. I think Summer is for having fun, and I couldn't think of a better way to do that. Both goals can also be done while sitting, which means my whole team can be included in them.
I am not a dancer. I can't remember the last time I danced. So, I was having a hard time trying to figure out what would be the best way to accomplish this goal for myself.
I tried just moving to the tune in my head to see what happened, and I wasn't having much success. Then the old tune 'Peppermint Twist' popped into my head. And I thought "Why not?"

So now, for my 10 minutes (or more) a day, I am doing the twist. I don't remember it being this hard when I was in grammar school...which is the last time I did it! I think I used every muscle in my body. If I'd have had more energy, I could have laughed at myself, and killed two birds with one stone...but that was just not possible. So I'll read some more of the hilarious book I'm using for that part of the goal!
Don't forget to have some FUN during the Summer!
