3 Steps to Incredible Health (Eat to Live) Day 3

Breakfast micro salad was delicious. (spring mix spun. Apples and carrots shredded on top. Sprinkled with cinnamon)
Lunch: altered plan because Mom's car had to go into the shop and we went shopping. In between Hobby Lobby and Dillards, we ate lunch at Applebees. I stayed on plan with a spinach salad with strawberries and blueberries. I declined the chicken, but kept the blue cheese and had the vinaigrette on the side as a dip. In the car afterwards, I had my Kale Krunch ever Ready snack veg.
Dinner: 4 Romaine boats filled with Chocolate Monster Dip and leftover Sunday Raw veg Bowl, Blue Brussels Sprouts (with white beans) and left over Banana Berry Cobbler.
Best of the day: Kale Krunch and Buying $480 of new clothes at Dillards, at 50 - 60% off. Love those sales!! Dresses for $13.80. :D
2nd Best: Blue Brussels Sprouts leftovers. I had frozen this. And reheated in microwave. Better than ever. I definitely like this main dish casserole!
Not so good as leftovers:
1. Banana Berry Cobbler. Flavor disappeared. I'll make it again, but only enough for as many servings as I need for that meal.
2. Red, White, and Blue Salad: Same problem. I'm glad I didn't need to eat it for lunch. It had changed completely from yesterday. Definitely best as a light fresh salad.
Most Difficult thing: Making room for all the fresh produce and prepped and leftover foods. & I'm off to pick up a few things for tomorrow's holiday lunch. I need a bigger refrigerator for all the produce and leftover boxes and bags.
