So I'm down to 2 1/2 months till I leave for basic! I'm also done with vacationing... Which is fine but it really means I need to really get back into an exercise program and eating properly.
I have not been eating the way I should for a while now. I blame it on moving in with my parents and being around my DBF soo much. It may be an excuse but it is the truth. We eat out far too much and because I can't cook and store food the way I would like to that and I don't have a consistent routine what so ever. Sometimes I'm staying at one house and the next night ill be at my parents. Soo I'm thinking about going back to the healthier frozen dinners to at least get my portions and calories back in check.
It'll be much better than leaving things up to chance all the time.
Time to start weekly weigh ins and measurements, also I think I'm going to start tracking calories... I know I never really did it before but I truly need to lose the weight this time and have a deadline. I need to be 163 or less by September 17th. If my weigh in today was accurate that means I have to lose 14 lbs in 2 1/2 months...
I guess we will see what happens, all I know is that atm I'm starving because I actually ate proper portions today and roughly the right calories. I know it'll go away and get easier if I stick to it.
