Hate that... just lost my blog.....
Buddy and I walked our usual walk with an extra lap of the little oval. Then tonite did WATP 2 mile with friend.
Breakfast. - prunes, homemade egg foo yung, yogurt
Lunch - tuna, greek salad, cauliflower tortilla, apple
Supper - salmon burger, cuke/tomato/onion salad, asparagus
Snack, cucumber, yogurt
Burning this many calories, I hope to never ever see that 200 on the scale ever again.
